How do I place an order?
To place an order:
Browse our website and select the products you wish to purchase.
Add items to your shopping cart.
Go to the checkout page and enter your shipping information.
Choose your payment method and complete the transaction.
After the transaction is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Do i need an account to make a purchase?
No, you can shop as a guest. However, creating an account with us offers benefits
such as faster checkout, order tracking, and access to exclusive promotions.
Is it safe to shop on your website?
Yes, absolutely! We take your privacy and security seriously. Our website uses encryption technology to ensure that your personal and payment information is kept secure during transactions.

What are your shipping times?
We currently offer Standard Shipping within the United States. Delivery times range from 4 - 14 business days, depending on the state. For more details, check out our Shipping policy.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package. Alternatively, you can log in to your account and visit the "Track" section for order tracking.
My tracking says “Delivered,” but I haven’t received my order.
- Double-check your shipping address in your order confirmation email.
- Check with neighbors or household members in case they accepted the package.
- If you still cannot locate your package, contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
- Hudupod is not responsible for lost packages after the carrier marks them as delivered.
What should I do if my order is delayed or lost in transit?
If your package has not moved for more than 5 business days or appears lost, contact support@hudupod.com, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide.
Standard shipping: 14 - 21 business days delivery (usually carried by DHL)
Can I upgrademy shipping method?
We do not currently offer expedited shipping. All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, DHL, EMS, or local Post Office to ensure cost-effective delivery.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
For print-on-demand orders, it will take averagely from 1 to 3 business days to process before it is shipped, it depends on each type of product. In the peak time, the processing time can be 2-4 or 3-7 business days. Please be aware of the processing time in different period times to update the handling time on your store.
Orders that are completed on Friday afternoon might be picked up on the next
Monday as the shipping carrier does not work on the weekend.
Will I have topay customs duties or taxes?
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country’s customs department. These are not included in our shipping rates.
